At BETAFPV, we strive to ensure every pilot is satisfied with their gear; if your product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Submit a Support Ticket

    Log into your account and open a technical support ticket including your order number, clear photos of the item, and a detailed description of the issue.

    Receive RMA Authorization

    Our technical team will review your request within 24-48 hours; if approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

  • 3.
    Securely Package Your Gear

    Pack the items securely in their original box with all accessories and manuals included, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the hardware for damage or flight wear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
